    Downloading Photoshop CS4 extended?

    I recently bought Adobe photoshop cs4 extended in Japan and obviously, it's in Japanese. I do understand japanese but I'd lather use it in English. Is there anyway that I can make it into English version? I've got a serial number but haven't downloaded it yet. Thanks!
