    My phone cant install phone games it kept on saying application could not be run?

    I just bought a phone two weeks ago. So I was happy and going around downloading games until yesterday a game is stuck at 99%. then it's starts to delete other games and i cant install other games it would say application could not be run and now im having problem whether i should reset my phone...
