Doing research for a business plan in a senior level business class. Wondering what the biggest cost is that I am overlooking...i.e.credit card fees, time spent in photoshop, etc.?? I mean those that you wouldn't normally think of. (equipment, rent, processing, utilities, props, advertising, etc.)

I am a waitress, usually work about 7 hrs pr shift. we dont clock out for any breaks, and they give us a hard time when ever we go out for a quick smoke. the only break we really get is at the end of the night we are aloud to sit for no more then a half hour but we still have to wait on...
