    What alternator and battery does the Dodge RAM use?

    It has an electric outlet that is 115 volts. What alternator or battery does it use? Most of the batteries i know are about 12 volts only. I assumed most car alternators produce about just enough volts to charge a 12 volts battery. Where did i go wrong?
