    My left hand hurts and i didnt do anything to injure it (i dont think)?

    So on friday my left hand was swollen and i didnt know why because i didnt do anything to injure it or anything but after about an hour it wasnt swollen any more and it didnt hurt at that time at all it was just swollen... then the next couple days it was fine until today i was playing Foosball...
