    I just downloaded skype for my macbook, but video chat isn't appearing for

    the other person? I can see my friends on my screen, but they can't see me. How do I adjust my webcam so they can see me? It looks completely different than the skype for windows so I don't know how to use it...

    Is there any program that comes with a mac that allows you to create a new image? If not, is there anything cheaper than photoshop that will allow you to??
