As others mentioned- probably not something youll be able to do unless you have full winter gear and specialized equipment. You may be able to do so in some of the trails near a larger town, but the mountains are pretty much out.
Yes, provided the program is through an accredited university (thus a class with say ITT tech online doesnt qualify), and you have to be taking 2 or more classes at that school- not just one.
We have no way of knowing because your still in middle school- they dont care about your grades now nor will they ever see them. Its all on your high school grades, and your act/sat scores. Best bet though if thats your goal is once your in high school- keep your gpa as close to a 3.5 or better...
Your fine at both- osu takes almost everyone over a 3.0 (note the 50,000 some students going there now), and west chester isnt known for strict academic policy. I got into osu with similar stats (didnt go when I got there cheap financial aid package though).
