ive had sims 2, for a ds only, for a long time and ive completed the game and unlocked all of the concept art but i was wondering how u unlock the outfits. ive done it before on an account ive already deleted but i cant remember how i did. please and thank you. ^^

idk how to make these but how do you make those flash games about like naruto and the akatsuki and stuff. plz help me!
