    I got a positive OPK yesterday (CD17) @ 12PM. I tested today (CD 18) at 1pm and it

    was negative.? Should we still have sex tonight (CD 18) if we are trying to conceive? I guess I should also mention that during the day today, I have had Ov. cramps on and off.
