    T mobile samsung highlight screen froze?

    i tried everything. i took the battery in and out, i turned it off..but the screen stays frozen. i can receive calls and answer them, but i can't make calls or read my texts when i receive them. i just barely got this phone a month ago. what can i do?

    when i go to the call setting and then show my number, it sais set by network, show number, and hide number. so what do they do? is there any way i can just hide my name on someone's caller id when i call them?
