English context reading “mean”? In the last half of the next sentence, I can’t get a clear meaning. If I shorten the part, the structure would be “ the vehicle could mean less cost.” Is this right? If so, it’s hard to connect the vehicle and the cost logically. Am I taking the meaning of verb “...
