Im 16 and i know that I have to get a form, for one reason or another, and enter that way. Im doing it with my brother who is 21 and i don't know how to enter him. I have looked on the BHF website, but found nothing about entering. Does anyone know how I go about doing it?

...anyone breifly explain? I have learnt HTML (well basic HTML). I have been told to learn CSS and PHP next, can anyone breifly explain them for me. I have a slight idea, but im not really sure :S Also any good websites/books/videos ect would be helpfull. THANKS
