My 1993 Ford Probe isn't getting any fuel powered into the engine. I replaced the fuel pump and unhook the fuel filter, and no fuel spitys out of the fuel filter when it is disconnected. Could it be the relay or could the cutoff switch be bad causing it to lose power? The fuses are all good and...
