PLEASE PLEASE help me lol!! ive just installed 2 vibe 6x9's to a DXR 1000 watt amplifier, when i turn the cd player on in my car the speakers just start pumping bass! And on the cd player it says insert cd! so there is NO sound coming from the headunit! Why is it doing this and how do i fix it...

i own a renault megane coupe sport 1.6 16v with air con and my battery light came on.... half an hour later the lights dimmed and engine died... i called the r.a.c and he said that my amp has drained the power and burnt out the alternator! my amp is only 500watt and 200watt subwoofer... hundreds...
