    i have dyed extra light blonde hair how can i tone it down to a more natural blonde?

    i have seen that garnier do a hair dye without ammonia called natural blonde and was wondering whether it is safe to use on already coloured hair? i am unable to go to hairdressers so the box is the only answer. please help! thanks
