    Difference between Virginia and Maryland car inspections?

    I'm in Maryland and thinking of buying a car that passed Virginia inspection, so I need to know the difference between the two. Please don't say "Just call the DMV's and ask!" Because we all know what a mess it is to try to call the DMV and get a straight legit answer.

    Im trying to find a soft top for a 66 CJ5 Jeep... And I can't seem to find one that isn't in the $700 or so range... Any ideas? Other years are about half that...
