    How to hardwire my headlamps, Buick 2001 Century?

    My turn signal switch box is fried, but I can get to the harness on steering column. Which wires to cross for headlamps? Thanks!! If hardwiring it would short out the system, wouldn't normal operation short out the system too? I don't get your question, Paul.
