    What's the difference between cooking meat with brown sugar and cooking meat with honey?

    Hi, I saw this spicy pork recipe with 2 different types of ingredients: 1 uses brown sugar and 1 uses honey. What's the difference between tastes if I use honey instead of sugar for the pork? The pork will be pan fried. Which would taste better? Thanks.
