    in the morning i exercise for 10-15 mins then around 2 i exercise for 5 mins and round 6 i exercise for 5 mins aswell and just be fore i go to bed i exercise. =] x. and sometimes i do more than 5 mins before i go to sleep, i do 10 mins =] x.

    when is the right time for me to exercise, and when should i exercise after or before i eat and is it healthy for me to exercise before i go to sleep ? =] x.

    when you are exercising how do you know if it's working or not ? do you feel pain? in a certain area does that mean it's working or not!! ?
