When I call *3282# it send me a message saying Next bill cycle : 7/28/12 Data MB: 863.7 of 2,048 Messaging: 0 of unlimited (deactivated) Why does it say it's deactivated I havent made any changes to my bill please help

I was wondering if you pre-order a game from GameStop, will it be opened. I was thinking this because all their "new" games are always open and if I pre-order it I don't want it opened so I'll just take my business elsewhere . Dont know if it matters but I'm getting borderlands 2 special edition
