    Not actually biking on the pier, I mean like, can you walk them on the pier and put them aside while fishing? I don't know if each pier has its own laws but the one I'm going to is Seal Beach Pier. Thanks!

    Fishing off a pier is free, but does it count for all places?

    I just recently found out that a park that i plan to go to has a pier. The pier is in a lake, so if I was to fish off that pier i wouldn't need a license right? Just as long as i fish only on there? It's in California and the park is Whittier Narrows Recreational Area. Thanks!
