    Sony Vaio Volume Bar / Touchpad are not properly working?

    Recently i had my laptop fixed because it crashed on me and so it was formatted. I just noticed that the volume bar that used to pop up when i turn up the volume or turn it down, no longer appears and i can't scroll down or up using the touchpad. Is there any way to fix this?
