    The engine is having problems getting air. Check the filter. Should be to the rear of the engine behind the carb.

    I think the last two numbers on your bikes frame number is its year or it could be stamped there somewhere. Was on mine but mines an 02 KTM EXC.

    Water after prob getting in to Carb, you wanna get it checked out, If a bike is old it will burn alot of oil cause engine parts are wearing other than that water is the worse thing for to happen to this bike, Good luck.....
