...receiving a call. How do I fix this? When making or receiving a call the only options I have on the screen are speaker or headset. I can use the handset but only after I have pressed the menu button and then pressed "activate handset."

When I make or receive a call I either have to either plug in the headset or press speaker phone. The only way I can get to the hand set is by hitting the menu button after the call connects and select activate handset. There is no option for handset on the touch screen any longer. What did I do...
