That feature is called Continous Shooting Mode. The number of shots depend on the camera, but if you're going to go out jogging in the morning, wouldn't carrying a heavy SLR camera be a little difficult?

An old friend lent me a very old (and very heavy) Metz Mecablitz 34 BCT1 flash to use on my D60 (with kit lens 18-55 3.5-5.6), and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can use it effectively.
