The engin get too hot and the thermostat is changed at the same time the belt is changed. Now the feet area is too hot for my feet no mechanic can findout the problem. What will be?

As soon as the engine starts it gets too hot in a few minutes so hot that when I put my foot on the break it warms my foot.
