Which email service [msn;aol;gmail;yahoo etc] provides where you can have a webcam on and chat with your friends at the same time ? Is that even possible or no? What website offers that if an email doesnt ?

So i do a highschool sport and theres a girls ans guys team and we're training right now during the summer for this coming fall. Anyways sometimes we workout together and ive noticed this one guy. Any tips on how i can talk to him or anything ?

Which is harder? Not asking because i dont want to do a hard sport but i do cross country and its the hardest but my friend says volleyball is way harder. What do you think?
