    I just signed a 1 year contract with my employer..the contract say they will be paying $3,250 monthly and $39,000 annually, which means i will get equal monthly pay of $3,250 for 12 month.. 4 weeks vacations and full benefit..I have to work 40 hours per week...now my question is how much is this...

    i have a 97 mazda 626. when i put the car to drive, its kinda hard for it to shift.?

    it feels like it hesitates to shift then force to shit to the next gear. I am not sure what the problem may be. someone told me to put lucas transmission treatment in it. Could someone tell me what the problem may be and how to deal with it.
