    Ok I know I put a question on before about not having pain . Ive just had shooting pain in my uterus, it was only once but blimey it hurt.     Ah I see so you you use it to call internationally? Or do you have it do a callback to a landline to save your cell minutes? I'm living in Taiwan, and with truphone/google voice, I use GoogleVoiceforS60 to make free outbound calls to the US over VOIP. It's awesome.
