    blackberry curve help with the volume please?

    my blackberry curve isn't making any noise when i set it to normal or it won't ring or anything...i knlow the speakers aren't broken because when i reply videos or go on youtube it's ifne but it's either always silent or vibrate no noise...the alarm clock also won't work
