    iPhone 4 time does not change?

    I just noticed that my time on my phone won't change. It is usually an hour behind or two. Any way to fix this? I always have to restart the phone to make it the correct time.

    I have a blackberry storm. Its unlocked for tmobile. A guy told me he could flash it so i can have internet and send pic messages. If i get it flashed, does it cost more monthly? is it a one time charge? do i need to change plans? What does flash mean??
