    take a sample of the paint (a small piece to their store, they now have computers that can make a custom match to the sample. i have done it several times but at home depot.

    yes water could. take the horn off the vehicle and turn it up-side down and see if there is any water in there.

    my guess would be that one second time will not give you that flash burn. i watched one one time for about a minute and did get flash burns about 12 hours later. didn't realize what i had done and thought i was going blind. after the incident was over, i had no further complcations. good luck...
