Every time i try and log and capture with my sony fx7 about 8 minutes into capturing final cut pro quits unexpectedly, for the last couple months ive had to capture with imovie then import it into fcp. it was be alot easier if the footage would go straight to fcp

i am building a project and it is snowing outside and the wood is wet, but can i still cut and drill in the wood?
