why does my sunfire take forever to start and sometimes doesnt start at all ? would that be the coil or starter , ?

i posted this about 2 weeks ago and got some very corny but i resolved it IF YOU LOOK AT THE WIRE THAT GOES FROM YOUR CAR TO THE RADIO WIRES,(THE BLACK GROUND) SOMETIMES THEY LOOP IT INTO THE SAME HARNESS SO ITS NEVER GROUNDED,YOU NEED TO CUT THAT WIRE AND HOOK IT UP TO THE FRAME OF THE CAR...
