    I need help filling my media tray how do you do that?

    it says i need to fill my media tray when i try to print things so i filled it with paper but it still says i need to fill it so i maybe have it in the wrong place?

    i cant get my printer to print it says the media tray needs to be filled but

    i already filled it? i have a photosmart c400 series printer if that helps any.
