    why do some come with bluetooth and others dont?

    I've been looking at the 09-11 Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab and I've noticed that some come with bluetooth for phone where you can use the controls on the steering wheel to answer the phone, but I've noticed some don't have this, why is that?
