    I had an accident a few years back in which I sprained my ankle, but it wasn't as bad as Ms. Strong's accident (thank goodness). Yes, it completely sucks having to be laid up for weeks with your ankle in a cast and not being able to go anywhere or go to work. I, too, wish her a speedy recovery.
