I had the same problem. I tried everything even changing the hosts file & I can get out of the error 3194. I tried re-installing the previous firmware with Tiny Urabrella & it worked.

u need to have the wap code added to the account, happens on almost every new account that is started on a "flashed" phone. and if they say they are "refreshing it" , make sure they are adding the wap code (wp0) and not just clicking refresh... lol.
