    Do I have any chance of transferring from Orange Coast College to Cal State Fullerton with a 3.0 - 3.15 GPA? I'm in the Fullerton service area and I'm a California resident. Major is Criminal Justice, which I don't think is as impacted as it is at Cal State Long Beach. Thoughts?
