    why do two users have different torrent speed?

    me and my friend have the same monthly internet package(though our service providers are different).but still there is a huge variance in our torrent speeds.he gets a 700 mb movie downloaded in just 40-50 minutes whereas the same would take hours in my pc..why is this so? we both use utorrent...
