    Whoa, you really do not know the meaning of concentration camp. That is not a concentration camp. I also doubt the validity of these "Swine flu camps". Seems like another terror tactic propaganda to scare the ignorant.

    Is there a way to have the military pay for your spouses past schooling?

    No. The military does not directly fund dependents education anyways. The GI Bill, and multitude of other dependents scholarships (IE: MyCAA) do not pay for past education expenses or offer refunds/reimbursements to completed semesters for dependents.
