How can I get the "photos" tab/option on my facebook profile?
When you look at someone's profile on facebook, on your left there are things like "wall" and "info" and stuff, the "photos" tab shows up for me but my privacy settings apparently are so high the photos tab is not even there. Keep in mind most of the albums themselves are viewable to the public...- 8675309

Honda 49cc is a motorcycle for riding purposes according to the state. you need a motorcycle license or permit (Class M or MJ, respectively), and full registration and insurance if your lessons are state approved and offers a skills test waiver for a pass, i am not sure if you can get that...
