i need to for a project, and of course i dont have administrative rights, so no downloading. i tryed an online thing but i dont have the program required to run mp4 or avi files....is it hopeless? or is there another video editing program on windows 7

it is like a on and off gurgle, and by that i mean on for 7 seconds off for one or two, with some pain. i felt both my left side under my rib and right side under my rib, and theleft side is a little bigger i guess. not by much so i dunno if im bein paranoid or what. i dont even know whats...
