i have a vx10kv11 and lg download freezes at changing to dm mode .0%.using the vx10k .dll versions 1.42.0 and 1.44.0..when i use the 9900dll. i get error nuraber 701002 error port com1. cant change dm mode.is it the dll or am i missing something .its lg download v1.3.6.3
