    How do I sync an iPhone created playlist to iTunes library (iOS 4 3GS Win7)?

    In the new iOS4 update playlists can be created on the iPhone, however for some ungodly reason Apple have decided you can only sync playlists created in iTunes to the iPhone and not in reverse, or is there a way? YOU TELL ME!
