Sharp continuing pain in my head?

Have you ever had this problem while dancing?
Well, I used to be top dog best in the studio and I really was good. But then I switched studios, and waited like half a year before I did. Its like I'm not nearly as good as I used to be. E sharp on the piano/keyboard?
Okay, I have been teaching myself to play piano to help with my singing, my solo has an E sharp in it, but I can't find it on the piano? Explain? I thought it would be, but why wouldn't it be written that way?
