does pumping your lower leg up and down quickly (keeping thigh/upper leg perpendicular to the ground) count as a plyometric exercise. conventional plyometric exercises and this both utilize a pre-stretch with an immediate concentric contraction right? so would this be as effective?
So the question is quite self-explanatory. I'm still in grade 10, but I already have almost my whole career/life plan planned out, it's just this one little thing that I'm concerned about.
