I'm going hiking in the Alps soon. I normally wear hiking boots but they are a bit heavy to carry while travelling, flying etc. Should I wear sports shoes instead? I've never worn them before while hiking. I will be mostly walking on trails but occasionally doing a bit of scrambling over rocks...
