i am getting the dslr camera, but unfortunately, i don't have much experience in photography, and i dont' have time to go to a photography college either, where can i learn photography?

i want to learn a photography course, but i dont' have the time to attend a full time college.

i dont' have much time in day ( job) so i would like to do it somewhere where i can either learn it in evening, or learn as per my own convenience. any ideas?

i mean i am not going to get to the usual beaches/spots for fishing, i am talking about hardcore fishing in like deep sea, or whitewaters etc. also where can i get some cool t shirts for fishing, i've seen some good ones online.
