Ok, my left foot hurts in the arch sometimes. Here's what happens: It happens mainly in my left foot, in the arch. When I'm pulling my foot down or up I sometimes get a very sharp pain in it. The pain only lasts for a few seconds but it hurts like hell. I keep thinking I'm pulling a muscle...
